* Please note that the all-inclusive package includes on-site accommodation for Wednesday 4th & Thursday 5th September, breakfast for Thursday 5th and Friday 6th September as well buffet meal on Wednesday 4th September and the conference gala dinner on Thursday 5th September. An optional themed walking tour of Leeds City Centre is available late afternoon / early evening on either Wednesday 4th or Friday 6th; places on the walking tours will be limited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration refunds are available in full minus a £10 administration fee providing the request has been received by 17:00 Fridayy 9 August. 50% refunds are available for requests received between 17:00 Friday 9 August and 17:00 Friday 23 August. No refunds are available for requests received after 17:00 Friday 23 August. Substitutions can be made at any time free of charge up to 17:00 Friday 30 August. No substitutions are available after this date.
