Conference Fee

The Conference fee includes the PhD workshop with dinner, conference materials, the conference dinner, as well as lunches and refreshments as mentioned in the programme.

Note! Payment and registration should be made by 30 May to be eligible for the reduced fee. PhD students are eligible for the student fee. Payment details will be available from the online registration site.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent to crrc2010@euromed-management.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 31 July with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 50 EUR. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. NOTE! Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time, just inform us by emailing crrc2010@euromed-management.com.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as printed. However, the conference organisers and their partners reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans etc relating directly or indirectly to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The conference organisers and their partners are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alternation. In the event of cancellation of the conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. Excursion may be subject to cancellation should minimum numbers of participants not be achieved.
