Registration

Welcome to the online registration and payment site for the Corporate Responsibility Research Conference 2010. For payment purposes, we recommend that you carefully read the following terms of payment. Payment can be either made online via credit card or by bank transfer and a paper registration form. The electronic transaction for the credit card payment is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted during the payment process. If you present a paper that has been accepted for the conference please also have your submission ID ready that you have received with the acceptance letter.

Registration fees

There is a reduced registration fee for early inscriptions before 31 May 2010. In addition, PhD students benefit from a reduced rate. Please note that participants registering as PhD students will be asked to present a student identification at the conference. Failure to provide such an identification you will result in an additional payment on site covering the difference of the student rate and the late-booking regular registration fee.

The registration fee includes the following items:

* The Conference fee and attendance at all sessions
* Refreshments & lunches according to the programme
* Shuttle bus transfers from conference hotels to Euromed Management School
* Conference materials and documentation
* The official conference dinner on Thursday 16 September 2010
* Participation at the PhD workshop on 15 September 2010 (optional)

Registration and Payment Deadlines

Payment must be made in advance of the conference. Until 31 May 2010 participant may register at the reduced early-booking registration fee. After 31 May 2010 the late-booking rates apply. Please note that the latest date for registering is 31 July 2010.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent to crrc2010@euromed-management.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 31 July 2010 with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 50 EUR. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time, just inform us by emailing crrc2010@euromed-management.com.
