CONFERENCE FEE
The Conference fee includes PhD workshop and buffet dinner, conference materials, conference excursion with dinner, lunches and refreshments mentioned in the program. PhD students are eligible for the student fee.
Note! Payment and registration should be made by May 15 to be eligible for the reduced fee. Payment by Visa/MasterCard or through bank transfer, more details on the registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be sent to boco@uwasa.fi. Cancellations will be accepted until 15 July with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 50 euro. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. NOTE! Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time, just inform us by emailing boco@uwasa.fi

However the conference organisers and their partners reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans etc relating directly or indirectly to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The conference organisers and their partners are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alternation. In the event of cancellation of the conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. Excursion may be subject to cancellation should minimum numbers of participants not be achieved.
