Frank Figge holds the Chair of Management and Sustainability at Queen’s University Management School. Prior to this appointment, Frank was Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of St Andrews and the Sustainable Development Research Centre. Before entering academia full time Frank worked in both academia and business in Switzerland and Germany. His PhD completed in 1998 at the University of Basel/Switzerland looked at the practice and theory of environmental rating of companies. Frank’s main interests are Sustainable Finance & Valuation, Value-based Sustainability Management, Stakeholder Management and the Economics and Management of Diversity. Frank is a member of the editorial advisory board of the journal Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, a founding member of the Sustainability Investment Advisory Board of Gerling Group (German Insurance Company and Asset Manager) and a founding member of the Bombardier Transportation Sustainability Advisory Board.
