Accommodation is available at Elms Village, in easy walking distance from Queen's University main campus. The accommodation is student en-suite rooms and the £35+VAT per person per night and includes breakfast. The Elms Village also has a centre offering a restaurant and bar, laundrette, shop and ATM cash machine. Rooms at Elms village can be booked on the conference registration form. Delegates are advised that while all rooms are en-suite, you will need to bring your own towel and toiletries (tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc).

Some delegates may choose non-residential registration allowing them to make alternative hotel arrangements in Belfast. The Northern Ireland Tourist Board's website advertises accommodation that can be booked online. We would recommend to book in the south Belfast area where Queen's University is located.
